About the Role
As a Corporate Compliance Administrator you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient corporate secretarial processes within the firm. You will play a key role in managing corporate compliance matters, supporting the team, and assisting in various administrative duties.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing all corporate secretarial matters, including ASIC compliance and lodgements.
- Handling new entity set-ups, including Companies and Trusts.
- Overseeing new client on boarding.
- Liaising with the ATO and handling income tax documents and lodgements.
- Providing general administrative support to the firm, including document management, electronic signing, billing, workflow, and maintaining practice management software (MYOB AO).
- Acting as a backup support for corporate compliance functions.
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Experience working in an accounting firm.
- Must have experience managing ASIC corporate compliance.
- Understanding company statements, share transfers, company updates.
- Strong understanding of new entity setups, including the use of Now Infinity.
- Familiarity with the ATO.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a small team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
