TwoScots are partnering with a Healthcare provider whose core message aligns with community health and well-being. Their team now seeks an Administration Officer to join the team on a part time basis, for a 6 month fixed term contract.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Client Engagement: Provide timely and courteous responses to inquiries, referrals, and appointment scheduling.
- System Management: Maintain and update client management systems with accurate demographic, billing, and plan information.
- Billing and Reconciliation: Perform billing processes and monitor data reports to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, documentation, and other operational tasks to facilitate client access and engagement.
- Quality Improvement: Participate in process evaluations and contribute to organizational policies and procedures.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Essential:
- High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database systems.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail.

Desirable:
- Experience with TrakCare or similar client management systems.
- Familiarity with IT referral systems like My Aged Care Provider Portal and e-Referral.
- Background in community health and NDIS service systems.
