Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial statements, reports, and reconciliations
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices
- Prepare journal entries and assist in the monthly financial consolidation process
- Maintain and update accounting records and ledgers
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and compliance with local regulations
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve accounting discrepancies
- Assist with audits and other financial tasks as required
Key Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles (preferably in a global or corporate environment)
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of local tax regulations is desirable.
