ABOUT THE COMPANY
Our client a seeking a detail-oriented and organised Finance Administrator to join a FMCG based in the Chadstone. The finance adminstrator will be responsible for managing the organisation's accounts payable/ receivable and some generic administration.
This role is a part time role - 15-20 hours a week on a 3 month basis with potential to extend.
*Please note experience using Netsuite is essential for this role*

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day financial transactions, such as invoicing, payments, and receipts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and bank statements.
- Reconcile accounts, including bank statements and supplier accounts, ensuring accuracy.
- Monitor and track company expenses, ensuring they align with budgets and policies.
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports, including monthly and quarterly statements.
- Communicate with suppliers and customers to manage accounts, resolve payment issues, and process transactions.
Skills and Experience
- 2 years + experience working in an Finance Administrator or similar role
- Intermediate excel skills are desired.
- Experience using Netsuite is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing invoices and payments.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for vendor interactions and internal communication.
- Proven ability to work with external stakeholders with excellent customer service skills
