What You'll Do:
- Ensure the office runs efficiently by managing facilities and keeping supplies stocked.
- Coordinate internal and client events, including logistics, catering, and setup.
- Support onboarding processes to help new team members feel welcome and prepared.
- Liaise with vendors for office maintenance, repairs, and service needs.
- Assist with varied and interesting administrative tasks as required.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in office coordination, administration, or a similar role.
