About the Role:
- Verify data in the payroll system, ensuring accuracy during data uploads for EBA Award increases, while also keeping up to date with any legislative changes.
- Offer assistance to managers and employees on all payroll-related matters.
- Build strong internal relationships and deliver prompt, efficient customer service by resolving payroll inquiries in a timely manner.
- Provide advice, guidance, and support to line managers and staff, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and applicable legislation.
- Conduct payroll audits to ensure accuracy in payroll systems and adherence to governance standards.
Skills and Experience
- Previous payroll experience in a similar end to end role is essential.
- Exposure to high-volume payroll system, preferably using SAP.
- Experience with large payroll systems is desired.
- An in depth understanding of payroll legislation and processes.
- Exceptional communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to deal with high pressure and work to tight deadlines whilst working independently.
