Our Client

One of the leading companies in their fields across Australia and New Zealand. Our client is looking for an experienced and professional corporate administrator/customer service officer located in Essendon Fields.

There are 2 positions available, working 8:30am - 5pm

About the role:

This is a busy and dynamic role that involves being the first point of contact for all customer enquiries.

Some key duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving inbound calls and directing to correct departments
  • Ensure appropriate resource coverage is allocated
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients
  • Maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Handling enquiries
  • Dispute resolution

Key Requirements:

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Confident and professional phone manner
  • Ability to prioritise workload under pressure
  • Must be an Australian Citizen/Resident with full working rights
