About the Role

Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for payroll processing end to end and supporting the wider team as a senior member.

Duties:

  • Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of end-to-end payroll
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders
  • Prepare and lodge payroll tax and superannuation payments
  • Provide payroll support and guidance to employees, answering and queries promptly
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy

Skills and Experience:

  • Extensive experience in payroll processing in an outsourced environment
  • Strong understanding EBAs & awards
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Fair Work Act, payroll tax, and superannuation requirements
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • High volume experience would be preferred
